Staff and service were EXCELLENT. Our favourite hotel in Prague, we can recommend it.
-
the venue was very clean & large. we booked a twin room and enjoyed it. nice place for exploring prague.
-
The location was good and the bed comfy. We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was lovely. For dinner we chose Sklep restaurant, that was 300 metres from the hotel;)))
-
Zizkov television tower was within easy reach. 200 metres from the hotel you'll find U Pizducha, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Prague 03 district was worth visiting. 15 min walk from Masaryk's train station.
-
The hotel is ideally situated just 200m from the tram stop (take Tram no.9, just 3 stops and you'r in the city center). The hotel is clean, spacious and the rooms are big and well furbished with everything you need. The satff is very helpful.
Never ever stay here during summer. We arrived quite late at night and it was like walking into a sauna. Our Room had not been aired out and opening the window did not help. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The second night was even worse and after 3 hours of sweating and no sleep we hade to beg the receptionist to give us his fan (and it was waay cooler in the lobby). The next day we were offered another room, but we could not risk another day without sleep so we changed hotel. It's the perfect hotel for winter/fall/early spring, but once the summer heat arrives choose another hotel with aircondition. Was also quite alot of noise from the traffic below, so ask for a room facing away from the main road.

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. Good location, easy transportation to the tourist attractions; nice breakfast; totally worth the money.
The first night was hot and there was nothing we can use to cool the room, not even a fanner.
-
There is no free WiFi in a room, and there is no free parking
-
The hotel was clean and it was more or less near the Center. Breakfast was ok.
You had to pay for WIFI in rooms, in reception was free but slow.
-
Competent staff, good location, comfortable. Very quiet even if on a busy road. Will stay again.

This was my third visit to Prague. This hotel is in a great area of Prague and is great value for money. And the trams stop outside the hotel really great. George McLellan
-
Price, location as was walking distance to main train station and cleanliness.
-
The location of the hotel is very comfortable. The city centre is easy to reach either by foot or by tram.
We did not expect much at that price, but the bed covers are a bit prehistoric and desperately need to be changing. Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby. Otherwise everything ok!

The overall presentatation of this hotel and it,s staff is excellent. A spotlessly clean hotel in a perfect location for getting about. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The rooms are very comforatble with good facilities. I would definately make this hotel the first choice for any future stay in Prague. Excelent value!
